## Position 1: Assistant Technical Expert (Curriculum Development)
We are looking for a dedicated professional to assist in the creation of comprehensive training frameworks. This role is pivotal in ensuring that our technical staff receive world-class educational resources.
Qualifications
* Education: Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Civil Engineering, Water Resources Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Architecture, Urban and Regional Planning, or Technical/Vocational Education.
* Experience: A minimum of six months of professional experience in curriculum development and educational module creation.
Technical Competencies
* Educational Design: Proficient in applying hierarchical frameworks to classify learning objectives across cognitive, affective, and psychomotor domains.
* Curriculum Planning: Skilled in developing training syllabi and detailed Lesson Plans (RPP).
* Instructional Design: Capable of creating interactive module layouts and developing assessments that measure complex critical thinking.
* Advanced Pedagogy: Demonstrated understanding of Higher Order Thinking Skills (HOTS) implementation.
Core Responsibilities
* Collaborating with Senior Experts to draft curriculum structures, training modules, question banks, and presentation materials.
* Writing official Training Curriculum books and training guidelines.
* Participating in high-level discussions regarding curriculum updates and modernization.
* Producing detailed monthly and final performance reports.
