## Position Overview: Secretariat and Substantive Support Staff

## Core Qualifications and Requirements

* Educational Background: Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Regional and City Planning (Planology) or Economics.
* Academic Achievement: Minimum Grade Point Average (GPA) of 3.00 on a 4.00 scale (fresh graduates are strongly encouraged to apply).
* Language Proficiency: Demonstrated fluency in English, evidenced by minimum test scores of:
* TOEFL ITP: 500
* TOEFL iBT: 80
* TOEFL Prediction: 500
* Professional Status: Must not currently hold a position as a civil servant (ASN), member of the Indonesian National Armed Forces (TNI), or Indonesian National Police (Polri), and must not possess a Civil Servant Identification Number (NIP).

## Scope of Work and Responsibilities
The selected candidates will play a pivotal operational and technical role, ensuring that the SQTDP runs seamlessly from conception to execution. Key responsibilities include:
1. Administrative Excellence: Facilitating smooth day-to-day administration and cross-sectoral coordination for the implementation of the SQTDP.
2. Technical Documentation: Supporting the compilation, processing, and archiving of substantive and technical program materials.
3. Compliance Assurance: Ensuring that all documentation required for project activities meets strict quality and regulatory standards.
4. Quality Assurance: Assisting in the review and quality assurance processes for documents submitted to secure the crucial No Objection Letter (NOL) from the World Bank.
5. Follow-Up Management: Tracking and ensuring prompt implementation of feedback and requirements mandated by the World Bank and other key stakeholders.
6. Stakeholder Engagement: Fostering robust communication and coordination between the Directorate, the SQTDP team, the World Bank, various ministries, local governments, and external partners.
