* Employment History: Applicants must not have been dishonorably discharged or involuntarily dismissed from their positions as Civil Servants (PNS), Government Employees with Employment Agreements (PPPK), members of the Indonesian National Armed Forces (TNI), the National Police (Polri), or from private sector employment.
* Current Status: Candidates must not currently hold the status of CPNS, active PNS, active TNI personnel, or active Polri personnel.
* Political Neutrality: Applicants must not be members or affiliates of any political party, nor should they be involved in practical political activities.
* Academic and Physical Standards: Candidates must possess educational qualifications that align with the specific job requirements. Furthermore, applicants must be in good physical and mental health.
* Drug-Free Declaration: A valid certificate confirming the absence of narcotics and illicit substances (NAPZA) from a local government hospital is mandatory for successful candidates following the final announcement.
* Selection Integrity: Applicants must have no record of involvement in any forms of selection fraud or violations.
* Current Selection Status: Candidates must not be participants who have already passed another State Civil Apparatus (CASN) selection process currently awaiting their NIP (Employee Identification Number) issuance.
* PPPK Transition: Current PPPK employees applying for this recruitment must have completed a minimum of one year of their current employment agreement and must provide written approval from their Personnel Development Officer (PPK) or authorized official.
* Geographic Flexibility: Applicants must demonstrate a willingness to be stationed in any part of the Indonesian archipelago.
* Academic Performance: General applicants are required to maintain a minimum Cumulative Grade Point Average (GPA/IPK) of 2.85.
