Management Trainee Program: Batch #6
We are officially opening applications for our Management Trainee (MT) program for December 2024. This flagship program is designed to cultivate the next generation of industry leaders through rigorous training and hands-on experience.
Candidate Requirements
To be considered for the Management Trainee Batch #6, candidates must meet the following criteria:
* Educational Background: Hold a Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Manufacturing, Chemical, Electrical, Industrial, Mechanical, Civil, Mining, or Informatics Engineering.
* Academic Performance: Minimum GPA of 3.00.
* Experience Level: Open to fresh graduates or individuals with a maximum of one year of professional experience.
* Involvement: Demonstrated history of active participation in campus organizations.
* Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
* Language Proficiency: Strong command of English, both verbal and written.
* Soft Skills: Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and presentation abilities.
* Mindset: A high aptitude for learning, adaptability, strong leadership potential, and a genuine passion for manufacturing and production.
* Performance: Results-oriented and target-driven mindset.
* Mobility: Full willingness to be stationed at any Vinilon Group facility across Indonesia.
